1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SwiftData, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Order Accuracy
Important Responsibility Notice:
You are solely responsible for ensuring the recipient phone number entered is correct. Once data has been sent to the number provided, the transaction is irreversible and no refunds will be issued for errors made by the user.
3. Manual Payment Verification
Our service operates on a manual verification model:
- Users must send the exact amount to the specified Mobile Money number.
- Users must provide the correct "Momo Account Name" for verification.
- Orders remain in "Pending" status until an administrator manually confirms the receipt of funds.
4. Delivery Times
While we strive for instant delivery, you acknowledge that:
- Data delivery may take up to 2 hours during peak periods or network maintenance.
- SwiftData is not liable for delays caused by network providers (MTN, AirtelTigo, Telecel).
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are only processed if SwiftData is unable to fulfill the order within 24 hours of successful payment verification. Refunds will not be granted for successful deliveries to incorrectly provided numbers.
